Create Enterprise-Wide Programs
Confirmit has an open architecture that enables interaction with other strategic business systems, allowing you to develop sophisticated project- and enterprise-wide processes. As well as integration with internal business systems, you can use the platform to import third-party data—such as Web site, HR, CRM, or financial systems data—then integrate it with your Confirmit survey data for broader analysis and reporting.
Extensibility through Web Services
You can integrate further by using the platform’s range of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). Confirmit APIs use XML Web Services to provide you with a platform-independent means of automating your business processes. They allow you to improve the quality of your distributed information systems while decreasing the time it takes to develop them. This model makes Confirmit ideal for a wide range of enterprise-wide research and feedback programs that gather information from multiple business activities, respondent groups, and departments.
